February 7, 11:00 a.m. (February 7, 5:00 p.m. GMT)
During the last 24 hours, thanks to the monitoring systems of the Popocatépetl volcano, 21 exhalations and 942 minutes of harmonic tremor of average amplitude have been identified, accompanied by emissions of water vapor, volcanic gases and small amounts of ashes. In addition, yesterday an explosion was recorded at 9:38 p.m. with a low ash content, which reached a height of 2000 meters which dispersed to the northeast.
Since this morning and at the time of this report, we have observed a constant emission of volcanic gases and light amounts of ash, which disperse in a northeast direction.
CENAPRED urges NOT to GO NEAR the volcano and especially the crater, because of the danger posed by the fall of ballistic fragments and, in the event of heavy rains, to stay away from the bottom of the ravines because of the danger of flows mud.

SPECIAL VOLCANOLOGY BULLETIN
THE INCREASE IN STROMBOLIAN ACTIVITY CONTINUES
As was reported in the special BEPAC 005-2021 bulletin, the activity of the Pacaya volcano continues with a sharp increase in its Strombolian activity. Constant moderate and some strong explosions are observed, expelling ballistic and volcanic material at an altitude of about 3000 to 3200 m (9842 to 10498 feet), accompanied by ash columns that move in a West, North-West and North direction , over a distance of 5 kilometers.
Ash falls are reported in the villages of San Francisco de Sales, El Cedro, Calderas, El Bejucal, Mesías Altas and others in this region. The described activity generates rumblings and vibrations in the houses around the volcanic building. The OVPAC reports that the ballistic projections reach 500 meters around the Mackenney crater. Effusive activity has increased, where we can observe two branches of flows 800 and 1200 meters long, with the probability of generating others on other flanks.
The activity of the Pacaya is in a high period, therefore it can generate larger increases and even an eruption, so it is recommended to follow the instructions of the CONRED authorities and the Pacaya National Park.
INSIVUMEH, maintains surveillance through the seismic stations of PCG and PCG5, and OVPAC, instrumentally and visually monitors activity for any sudden change in activity

Kamchatka , Sheveluch :
6.64 N, 161.32 E;
Elevation 3283 m (10768 ft), the dome elevation ~2500 m (8200 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE
The extrusive eruption of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 10-15 km (32,800-49,200 ft) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft.
A growth of the lava dome continues, a strong fumarolic activity, and an incandescence of the lava dome and hot avalanches accompanie this process. Satellite data showed a thermal anomaly over the lava dome on 29 January, and 02 and 04 February; the volcano was obscured by clouds in the other days of the week.
