Rinjani , Indonésia :

The volcanic cone of Gunung Barujari, inside the caldera of Rinjani erupted Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 14:45 pm with a column of ash eruption that reached a height of about 2,000 m above the top of Mount Rinjani, about 6,000 m above sea level, which was blown to the westsouthwest. The seismograph station of the Observing post of the Rinjani volcano PVMBG – Geological Agency in Kampung Lawang Sembalun recorded the earthquake eruption, with a seismic amplitude of 52 mm.

Mount Rinjani is administratively located in East Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara province. The peak himself have an altitude of 3726 m above the level of the sea. In the history of its activities, the Rinjani volcano has erupted 20 times with a volcanic explosivity index (VEI) of between 1 and 7 (on a scale of up to 8). His biggest eruptions occurred in 1257 with a VEI 7 eruption and its last eruption took place on Monday 1 August 2016 at 11:50 am with an eruption of VEI 2. The volcanic explosivity index of current activity is estimated to VEI 2.

The eruption this time, was preceded by an increase in volcanic seismicity, but their number and amplitude remained insignificant. However, seismic tremors continue to be recorded, indicating that the volcanic system of Rinjani volcano is still unstable. Also, the Geological Agency raised the alert level of volcano Rinjani from Level I (NORMAL) to level II (ALERT / Waspada) on September 27, 2016 at 15:00 pm. At the level of the activity, the area potentially endangered by the eruption of Mount Rinjani is extended to 3 km from the center of the activity (Mount Barujari).

Early warning of volcanic ash hazards to aviation safety (Vona) was sent to relevant agencies of aviation safety, the director general of air transport, the air traffic control (ATC), the advice centers of volcanic ash (VAAC) in Darwin and Tokyo.
The recommendation of the Geological Agency is that people around the Rinjani volcano and visitors / tourists are not allowed to move / camp in the caldera of Rinjani volcano and in a radius of 3 km around the crater of Mount Barujari , inside the caldera of Rinjani volcano. If ash falls, people should stay at home and outside, it is advisable to wear a mask to cover the nose and mouth and wear protective goggles to avoid respiratory infections and eye irritation.

Rescuers in Indonesia were shipped Wednesday, September 28 to evacuate some 400 tourists, most of them foreigners, after a volcanic eruption on one of the most popular hiking destinations in the country, an official said.
Mount Barujari erupted in late afternoon on Tuesday with the emission of ash columns up to 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) above the island of Lombok.
Nearly 400 people were registered as hiking near the Barujari a small cone in the crater of Mount Rinjani when it erupted, prompting their immediate evacuation, said the spokesman of the  national agency for disaster, Sutopo Purwo Nugroho.

« A rescue team was sent to Mount Rinjani to evacuate tourists. They left Wednesday morning, » he said.
Nugroho said that 389 walkers were registered as entered in the national park since Sunday, an overwhelming majority of them being foreigners.
While most would have taken the official route of the summit, rescue teams assumed that some hikers were perhaps past off-track, said Nugroho.

There was no flight disruptions recorded Wednesday because of ash clouds, said the Ministry of Transport spokesman Hemi Pramuraharjo, to AFP.
Some flights to and from the neighboring island of Bali were canceled overnight, but the Lombok International Airport remains open.

Fuego , Guatemala :

The eruption of the Fuego volcano, the thirteenth of those times are over, showing yesterday in the evening hours, a decrease in activity as was seen in the graph RSAM and the observations made by the OVFGO.

At the moment, the volcano produces 4 to 6 small  to moderate explosions per hour, generating gray columns to a height of between 4,300 and 4,400 meters (14.107 and 14.435 feet) which disperse at a distance between 8 and 12 kilometers to the West and South West of the volcanic complex.

As remnants of the eruption: two lava flows, the first into the ravine Santa Teresa and the second in Las Lajas and the presence of ash in the environment especially on the West and Southwest sides, affecting the villages of Palo Verde, Sangre de Cristo, San Pedro Yepocapa, hoping that these remains will disappear completely in the next few hours.

Therefore, the INSIVUMEH recommends:
At CONRED: take the precautions it deems necessary due to the remnants left by the eruption flows, lava and ash, and constant rains in the volcanic area.

At the Directorate General of Civil Aviation: We recommend taking precautions with air traffic, due to the presence of ash in the atmosphere mainly in the west and southwest of the volcano.
At DEPARTMENT OF ROADS AND COVIAL: Due to continuous rainfall and the presence of juvenile material generated by the recent eruption, this can generate descent of lahars and cause damage to road infrastructure, mainly bridges, viaducts vehicles or other facilities where the flow of these rivers is headed.

Klyuchevskoy , Kamchatka :

56.06 N, 160.64 E;
Elevation 15580 ft (4750 m)
Aviation Color Code is ORANGE

Explosive-effusive eruption of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 26,240-33,000 ft (8-10 km) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft.

Explosive-effusive eruption of the volcano continues: there are bursts of volcanic bombs above the summit crater and above the cinder cone into Apakhonchich chute, and strong gas-steam activity of two volcanic centers with emission of different amounts of ash, and the effusing of lava flows along Apakhonchich chute at the eastern flank of the volcano, and at the south-western its flank. According to satellite data by KVERT, a large bright thermal anomaly was observed in the area of the volcano all week; on 15 and 20-22 September explosions sent ash up to 7 km a.s.l. and ash plumes extended for about 100 km to the south-west, east and south-east from the volcano.

Kamchatka vulkanostantsii teams were on the ground on September 22 in order to make visual observations of the eruption of the volcano Klyuchevskoy and geodetic measurements on the southern flank of the volcano ..

The volcanic activity is very high. In Apahonchiskom chute quietly dump 7 lava flows. In the crater, ash emissions occur. A lava gushing from the crater was observed.
